AJM Photography is based in a small Lancashire village in Northwest England and covers the whole of the North of England and further afield on request.

My technique, though informal and discreet, aims to capture both the spontaneous moments and at the request of the client, the more formal moments, all of which later will become treasured memories for you to keep.

I provide you with beautiful and contemporary images in a mixture of black and white, colour, sepia, tinted or selected colour. Each individual image has time spent on it in the digital darkroom which results in every image being different and personal to you the client. 

I appreciate those small details that can be so easily forgotten or missed but which are so important to you, and as a result I ensure that as much subject matter as possible is covered as I photograph the event, be that a wedding or a portrait shoot.

In the case of a wedding for example, the bride’s shoes, table decorations, jewellery, and wedding favours are all recorded as part of the shoot. In a portrait session I feel very strongly that it is all about capturing the person’s character, feelings and mood so that the images are recorded for a lifetime of enjoyment.
