Photoshoot with Nathalia, Neil, Jacob & Isla January 2012

Well my first shoot of the new year and what a grey miserable day it was!!! I had hoped to get some shots outside with Jacob playing but the weather was just too grotty so we ended up doing them all in the  home. Still we got some lovely shots even though Jacob was not really in posing mood but he did really well none the less!!

The Wedding of Katarzyna & Jon 28th December 2011

Well my last wedding of 2011 and it did'nt disappoint. What an amazing day. With the ceremony taking place at Pleasington Priory ( which is an incredibly beautiful church) and the reception at the lovely Stanley House it made for a great couple of venues for me to photograph. Katarzyna looked amazing and Jon very handsome with his bowler hat and cane!!! The family were just lovely to work with and although we had a very windy day to contend with, the rain held off and we managed to get some lovely shots both at the church and the hotel. What a fab couple and may I take this opportunity to wish them both all the very best of love and luck in their married lives together.

Photoshoot with Emelia - November 2011

What a lovely way to spend an hour on a Sunday morning. I photographed Emelia who is 14 months old and the first baby of Anthony and Victoria whose wedding I photographed in 2008 - yes that long ago!!!

She was an absolute star - grinning from ear to ear throughout the shoot and a total pleasure to photograph. Well done you two she was fab and great to see you both looking so well and happy.

Product Shoot for Lindsay Howarth-Pash Designs - November 2011

Had a great opportunity to photograph the beautiful textle designs of Lindsay Howarth Pash  www.lindsayhowarth-pash.co.uk earlier this month. Her work is amazing - printed silk scarves , embroidered ties and yolks, together with head pieces and jewellery, her work is simply exquisite and would be a great addition to any of you girls wardrobe!! Bonfire Night Wedding at The Fishermans Retreat

Last Saturday I was asked to cover a wedding for The Fishermans Retreat in Shuttleworth, Edenfield - www.fishermansretreat.com. This is such a fantastic venue for a wedding and they have recently spent a fortune on a beautiful extension with huge picture window looking out over Holcombe Moor and Peel Tower in Ramsbottom. Its in a superb setting with stunning views and really great staff to assist in your every need on your big day.

The bride and groom - Sophie and Adam kindly agreed for me to be an extra photographer at their wedding to photograph it for the purposes of marketing this very special venue. The day was stunning as was the bride and the reception room looked amazing with berries and pumpkins everywhere - a real autumnal theme which worked wonderfully.There are more images from this wedding on the 'View Recent Weddings' section on my website.

Pre-Wedding Shoot with Karen & Neil & Family October 2011

Yet another pre-wedding shoot at Killhey Court prior to another wedding next year. This time it was a lovely family - Karen, Neil and their children and the weather was considerably better today!! The children were great and the sun shone so we got some great pics of all the family as well as some romantic shots of the bride and groom to be!! Once again see you next year guys xx

Another pre-wedding shoot with a great couple who are getting married at Killhey Court in Standish, Wigan next year. Great location but what an awful day - it was rainy and cold and poor Andrea only had a light top on.Still we got some nice shots which will go into their guestbook that will be passed round on their wedding day. I was asked to do a shoot for The Salon in Norden ( www.loveyourselfatthesalon.co.uk)  for Lancashire Living Magazine. What a stunning salon it is. The decor and attention to detail is amazing - a DEFINITE MUST for anyone fancying a pamper session - good luck to them for the future.

Having both won each other's raffle prizes at the last Best of Bury event we attended, we finally got some good weather to do a shoot with Lisa & Paul from ISSL in Rawtenstall which we did in Redisher Woods at Holcombe Brook. The light was gorgeous - a lovely late September afternoon and even though Lisa had her heels on she made it through the woods for the shoot!!!
